A paralegal supports attorneys with the preparation and organization involved in legal matters. This can include assisting with documents, organizing case information, communicating with clients, and helping attorneys prepare for the work ahead.
A paralegal does not replace an attorney or provide independent legal advice. Instead, a paralegal works as part of the legal team under attorney supervision.

Education
Rylee earned her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Grand Valley State University, building a strong foundation in legal procedure, research, and client-facing practice before joining the Lola Law team.
Beyond the Office
Rylee lives in Grand Rapids with her boyfriend and their two cats, Valentino and Enzo. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring everything West Michigan has to offer, from local restaurants to weekend getaways around the lakeshore. That same warmth she brings home is exactly what clients experience the moment they call the office.
